Laura begun her acting career as a student at Leinster School of Music and Drama, Dublin followed by programmes at RADA in London. She has appeared across stage and screen including the 2016 play Not Dead Enough which toured theatres nationwide. In 2019, Laura also appeared in the multi-award winning short film Sadhbh, directed by Arjun Rose . 

She won the Ros Hubbard award for acting at The London Irish Film Festival. T

In 2022, Laura made her West End debut starring as Jenny in the critically-acclaimed psychological thriller, 2:22 A Ghost Story. In 2025, she starred in Apex Predator at Hampstead Theatre directed by Blanche McIntyre. Laura recieved rave reviews for her leading role as Rachel Watson in the  UK and Ireland tour of The Girl on The Train. Times Review

She is set to appear in films A Mother for and hour and Frog later this year.
